This Privacy Policy explains how Serevio handles information when you use the Serevio mobile app and related support pages.

Information you provide in the app

Serevio may ask onboarding questions such as your first name, drinking habits, goals, weekly targets, dry days, and related preference information. You may also log drinks, drink types, dates, notes, check-ins, and progress information. This information is used to personalize your plan and show progress inside the app.

Subscription and purchase information

Serevio offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Apple processes payments. Serevio uses RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlement status and Superwall to display subscription offers and paywalls. These services may process purchase identifiers, subscription status, product selections, paywall events, and related technical information needed to provide and verify premium access.

Analytics and diagnostics

Serevio and its service providers may process limited app interaction, paywall, purchase, device, and diagnostic information to understand whether the app and subscription flow are working correctly, improve the product, and troubleshoot issues.

Many app preferences and logs are stored locally on your device. Subscription-related records may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, and Superwall according to their systems and legal obligations. We keep support emails only as long as needed to respond and maintain support records.

Your choices

You can stop using the app, delete the app from your device, or manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. You may contact us to ask privacy-related questions or request assistance.

Children

Serevio is not intended for children. The app focuses on alcohol reduction and mindful drinking for users old enough to use alcohol-related services in their region.
